How Shop&Drop Works

Shop products

Browse New Products or Second-Hand & Pre-Owned through Categories & Search. Add items to your bag, choose eligible delivery and pay through Shop&Drop.

Sell a product — FREE

Registration and product listing are free. You choose the amount you want to receive; Shop&Drop shows its marketplace service fee and the published customer price before the listing goes live.

Other Services

Independent providers list clearly priced services on Shop&Drop for free. Customers browse Shop&Drop's own approved service listings, book and pay through Shop&Drop. Physical products belong in Product listings.

Dispatching & Transport

Transport jobs use a dedicated dispatch workflow: request details, provider offer, transparent pricing, booking/payment, job status, completion protection and provider payout.

Orders, references and tracking

Your Shop&Drop Order Number identifies the overall buyer order. Each seller/provider portion and each parcel also has its own internal reference for accurate payment, fulfilment and tracking. Technical SD Order and ST reference codes remain available to Shop&Drop internally, while customers see plain-language labels.

Completion, disputes and payout

After delivery/service completion, the customer may confirm completion or report a problem. If no qualifying dispute is opened during the protection period, completion can occur automatically and the relevant seller/provider transaction becomes payout-eligible.

Communication and privacy

Shop&Drop is designed for automated in-site, email, WhatsApp Business and SMS notifications as integrations are enabled. Only information necessary for payment, fulfilment and delivery is shared with the relevant provider; card/banking details are not exposed between buyer and seller.

Shop&Drop is the marketplace facilitator. Sellers/providers own their goods/services and fulfil transactions; Shop&Drop coordinates the marketplace transaction and handles exceptions.
