Track My Order
Your Shop&Drop Order Number identifies your overall order. If an order contains items from more than one seller, each parcel can have its own courier tracking reference.
Transaction tracking: follow your Shop&Drop order from payment confirmation through seller preparation, courier handover, delivery and completion.
Order journey
When live tracking is connected, completed stages will be marked, the current stage highlighted, and future stages shown as upcoming. Latest date/time and courier tracking will appear where available.

3. Seller notified / preparing order
4. Courier selected / booked
5. Handed to courier
6. In transit
7. Delivered
8. Buyer may confirm received or report a problem
9. Completion confirmed automatically after the protection period if no qualifying dispute is open
10. Order completed
Only information appropriate to your account is shown. Seller banking details and customer card data are never exposed. Multi-seller orders show each parcel separately under the same Shop&Drop order.
