Live in-site notifications will be shown here after sign-in for your payments, seller preparation, courier updates, delivery and disputes. Seller payout notices are shown only to the relevant seller/provider account.
Returns, refunds & disputes
For a completed/live order you will be able to report not received, damaged, wrong item or not as described. Qualifying disputes hold seller payout until resolved.
